POLICIES
Once you book a shoot, you are agreeing to all policies listed below (so read carefully) ~
DEPOSIT
30% of the full payment is requested as a retainer fee (to hold the date) before confirmation for a shoot. This deposit is refundable only if you cancel 3 days before the shoot.
After that time, your deposit will be non-refundable. However, you may rebook a shoot for an extra $15 and your previous deposit will transfer.
PAYMENT
Venmo, Apple Pay, and Zelle are acceptable forms of payment.
Photos will not be delivered until the payment has been completed.
NO SHOW
If there is no communication about a cancellation, your deposit is nonrefundable and nontransferable.
PERMISSIONS
Margaux Bernales has full permission to use images from a shoot for portfolio, samples, media posts, advertising, and/or any other uses.
DELIVERY
Photos will be delivered via a link to the Online Photo Gallery within 2-4 business days.
The Online Gallery will be deleted within 9 weeks so please save the images beforehand.
